We have a bombshell news for you! General Contractor company JMS Sp. z o. o. knocked on our door, with a hot order straight from an Investor from abroad, straight from Belgium! 🌍🔧

And so our challenge was born - WEST Rzeplin! 🌟 But this was not just any project. Our Investor had specific expectations - he wanted optimization of energy intensity and savings! 💰🔌

West Rzeplin is a leader in the advertising apparel industry with over 20 years of experience. Exclusive distributor of the Keya brand in Poland, Ukraine and Belarus.

He wanted something that would fit like a glove with his technology. And what did we do about it? We got exceptionally creative and took to the job with full commitment! 💡🚀

And this is not the end! During the construction itself, the Investor had another ace up his sleeve - he decided to divide the hall and meter it for the future tenant as well! 💡👥

But rest assured, because we have flexibility in our genes and seemingly impossible tasks become child's play for us! 💪🎯

In addition, we used state-of-the-art technology on the site, such as destratification units, Sonninger mixing chamber gas heaters, VTS and Airvent air handling units, ACA Automation hydro set, Kaisai appliances, Harmann fans, Alkaster gas detection and Buderus boiler.

And so, together with JMS Ltd. we created a project that met all expectations! This is just a successful start to a new investment! 🏢🚀
